Welcome to PinTrips. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PinTrips mobile app and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use PinTrips. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You agree not to misuse the Service: no posting of unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringing content; no spam, scraping, or attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service; and no impersonation of others. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the pins, collections, itineraries, photos, and other content you add. By posting, you grant PinTrips a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, display, and share that content within the Service so it works as intended (for example, showing your pins to people you allow). You are responsible for the content you post and for having the rights to share it.
PinTrips lets you pin videos from third-party platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. We do not own or control that content, and your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms. Links and previews are provided for convenience only.
PinTrips may show links to travel partners (for example, tours, accommodation, or eSIM providers). These open the partner’s own website, which is governed by that partner’s terms and privacy policy. Some links are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you book or buy — at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for products, services, or content offered by third parties.
PinTrips offers a paid subscription (“PinTrips Plus”) that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and renew automatically for the same period and price until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your device’s store settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and partial periods are not refunded except where required by law. Prices and features may change with prior notice.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. Some provisions survive termination, including content licences you have granted and limitations of liability.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Travel information, locations, and AI-generated itineraries are for general guidance only — always verify details before you travel. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinTrips is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Brasov, Romania, unless mandatory local consumer-protection laws give you other rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
