How do I pin a video?

Copy the link to a travel video from TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram, open PinTrips, and paste it in. PinTrips reads the video's title, caption, and thumbnail to detect the place and add it to your map.

What is PinTrips Plus?

Plus unlocks unlimited pins and collections, unlimited AI itineraries, multi-location trips, and PDF export. It's an auto-renewing subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play, and you can cancel any time in your device's store settings.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the app store, not by PinTrips. On iPhone: Settings โ†’ your name โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ PinTrips. On Android: Play Store โ†’ Profile โ†’ Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the current period.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app and go to Settings โ†’ Account center โ†’ Delete account. This permanently removes your profile and content, subject to limited retention required by law. You can also email us and we'll help.

A place was detected incorrectly. What do I do?

Location detection uses AI and isn't always perfect. You can edit or remove a pin from its detail screen. If something looks consistently wrong, let us know at support@sbyco.app so we can improve it.
